Wire that is used for repairing hot working tools, such as forging dies, press jacks, hot draw rings, and up-setting tools. It is also suitable for surfacing work hardened steel from low and high tensile steels.
After welding, the wire produces a typical hardness of 38-42, and its unique features include superior toughness and deformation resistance at high temperatures. It is specifically designed to resist wear and deformation under elevated temperatures, and has excellent creep resistance and impact toughness, which are the highest in the NiCrMoV Series category.
This type of wire is particularly useful for joining, surfacing, and building up drop and press forging dies, hammers, punches, and inserts. It is also compatible with die blocks made from DIN 1.2714, H-13, and H-11 materials.
PACKING :
